+ What is the difference between "Classic Santa" and "Santa?"

"Classic Santa" is the lovely gentleman who has been with Marietta Square for over 16 years, and provides a traditional Santa experience with your family.

"Santa" joined us a few years back as a magical addition to the Winter Wonderland experience, and is the Santa present during our Santa Paws nights.

+ Where can I park?...And Where is Handicapped Parking?

Parking is FREE Monday-Friday AFTER 5PM and WEEKENDS. Covered Decks adjacent to Strand Theater.

+ What is Santa's Magical Moments?

Introduced in 2018, Santa's Magical Moments is a special experience for you and your family to spend a magical half hour with Santa for story time, milk and cookies, and special arts and crafts, and walk away with pictures to remember your special night. + How many people can visit Santa's house during the Magial Moments experience?

Santa's cozy house can accommodate up to 8 people, no more please!

+ Can I request special groupings or poses for photos during our Magical Moments visit?

Yes, absolutely! Please send us an email at SantaOnTheMariettaSquare@gmail.com with your reservation name and time, and let us know any special requests you may have!

+ Who are the professional photographers present for the Magical Moments experience?

We're excited to have Hadley(s) Photography join us again this year for all your beautiful photos.

+ Can I bring my professional camera to the photos with Santa?

Out of respect for our professional photographers, we request you use mobile phones only.

+ How can I secure a walk-up time with Santa?

Limited walk-up slots are available during the last 15 minutes of every hour on the days Santa is here. To secure a walk-up time, please come to the Information Kiost at 9:00 a.m. on the day you would like to see Santa to secure your spot.

+ What about inclement weather?

We take every precaution to ensure Santa and his helpers are safe in the event of inclement weather, and want to keep our community safe as well. If the City is shut down due to snow or if roads are inaccessible, we will remain closed until weather permits. We hope you understand safety is our #1 concern! Keep up with our website and social media for updates throughout the season.
